Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. If more than 30 days have passed, we will offer a repair or exchange for the faulty item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Please include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
